Product safety and quality is one of the most important aspects of what we do at MJC.
It ensures that our customers can have complete trust in us.
Each and every member of our workforce recognises our customers' trust and work always towards improvement --kaizen-- on a daily basis.
Product Safety and Quality
MJC has in place a quality management system (QMS) which is compliant with ISO 9001 standards. In addition, the whole company's ethos is to maintain and improve the quality and safety of our products for the sake of our customers.
To ensure the safety of our products, from the planning stage through to the design review, safety tests are carried out and risk assessment meetings are held for every one of our products to prevent defects. For all departments related to creating our products, such as planning, manufacturing, and transportation, continuous kaizen improvement projects such as those under our QDCCSS policy are key to ensuring continuous improvements in product quality.
Client Satisfaction
MJC carries out quality control of its products and services to continuously improve customer satisfaction. We also conduct an annual customer satisfaction survey to continuously link customer feedback to improvements.
The Quality Assurance Department acts as the secretariat for the survey to ensure objectivity. Based on customer evaluations, we carry out segmented analyses by division, product and country, and share the information with all relevant departments, including management, through management reviews.
The sales department also sets improvement measures tailored to each customer, leading to higher customer satisfaction.
