On February 27, 2025, Micronics Japan Co., Ltd. (“MJC”) and Advantest Corporation (“Advantest”) announced that they have entered into a partnership agreement.
As semiconductor technology continues to advance, increasing complexity and sophistication in semiconductor testing are expected. Customers in the semiconductor market are expecting more advanced and efficient test solutions than ever before.
By leveraging their respective expertise, MJC and Advantest have agreed to provide innovative semiconductor test solutions. This partnership will promote the development of next-generation semiconductor test technology solutions and optimize the test processes and test costs.
