TCO Tester Model STR-5000

This system can accept up to a 5.5G glass substrate (1400mm*1100mm). It measures insulation resistance between each electrode after laser scribing of the TCO layer. It is a testing system adapted for inline testing that achieves high throughput by one time full contact and multi channel tester.

Dark I-V Tester and Efficiency Improver Model STD-5000

This system can accept up to a 5.5G glass substrate (1400mm*1100mm). It measures I-V characteristics of each cell in a dark environment and can calculate I-V curve, efficiency distribution, OK/NG determination and estimated Pmax of each cell. By detection and improvement of defective cells, it reduces leakage current and improves conversion efficiency to assure quality stabilization.

Efficiency Improver Model STE-5000

It is dedicated for detection of defective cell and improvement in efficiency to assure quality stabilization.
