ZFB (Blade Type Probe)

ZFB is the new type probe which is superior in maintenance characteristics, fine pitch and multiple pins with integrated structure of Probe Block and COF. The length of the blade comes to have a shorter 70% than conventional products.
As a result, the new structure causes of the improvement in reduction of height deviation and probe positional accuracy.

ZAB (Blade Type Probe)

SFB/UFB (Blade Type Probe)

LiPS (Film Type Probe)

LiPS is the probe using FPC type contact block supporting a fine pitch.
