What is the LCD panel inspection?
- Cell Tester PIXQUIRE
- Automatic cell tester with efficient capability for detecting dot defects, line defects, muras, etc. Connected to our cell prober, it enables both automatic and visual tests of images.
- Automatic Prober for Large Panel Model LFP-1900 Series
- Automatic cell prober for large-sized high-definition panels. LFP-1900 supports up to 60"WIDE panels, and LFP-1910 supports up to 65"WIDE panels.
- Automatic Prober for Large Panel Model LFP-1750/1760/1850
- Automatic prober for dynamic operating inspection supporting large-sized high-definition panels. It achieves high throughput by a pair of panel transfer arms. LFP-1750 supports 33" WIDE at the maximum, LFP-1760 supports 40" WIDE, and LFP-1850 supports 51" WIDE.
- Semi-automatic Prober (High speed type) Model LFP-1600/1700
- Semi-automatic prober for visual dynamic operating inspection supporting QXGA panels. They perform automatic panel transfer and are a high speed type of LFP-330.
LFP-1600 supports 24"WIDE at the maximum, and LFP-1700 supports 33"WIDE at the maximum.

- Full-automatic CELL test system LFP-2000 series is designed for various types of products, and is adapted to dot/line defect detection and mura detection. LFP-2000 Series includes LFP-2400 for small panel of 2"-8", LFP-2500 for medium panel of 8"-16"size
- Manual Prober Model LFP-5M/5A
- Manual Prober for CELL visual dynamic operating inspection;
LFP-5M is adapted for small panel of 1.5"-5"size.
It is adapted for a-si TFT and poly-si TFT(including transmission,
Semi-Transmission and Reflection Panels) COG Panels.
- Cell test Fixture FPD Lighting Unit
- Portable lighting fixture for Cell test. It is best for R&D use. Poly-Si and EL panels are also applicable.
- Manual Prober Model 705EL
- Manual cell test system for small LCD Panels. It contacts the back side of the LCD panel.
