1．(Compliance)
Micronics Japan Co., Ltd. (MJC) will abide by the "Act on the Protection of Personal Information" and other regulations relating to personal information, as well as generally accepted codes on handling personal information when we collect, use and provide personal information, and will appropriately handle personal information.
2．(Collection and Use)
MJC will collect personal information by reasonable and proper means by specifying its use purpose and use it only within the range of the use purpose.
3．(Non-disclosure to Third Parties)
MJC will not disclose personal information to any third parties without the person's consent except in any of the following cases. However, when we commission handling of personal information to a subcontractor, we will take appropriate measures so that the personal information will be safely handled within the range of the commissioned business.
- when information disclosure is required pursuant to laws and regulations
- when information disclosure is required to protect a person's life, body or property and when it is difficult to obtain informed consent
- when information disclosure is required for improvement of public health or promotion of sound child-rearing and when it is difficult to obtain informed consent
- when information disclosure is required to cooperate with a statutory work to be performed by the national government or local municipalities and when attempt to obtain informed consent may cause trouble to the performance of the work
4．(Safety Management)
MJC will take necessary measures to prevent illegal access to personal information and loss, destruction, falsification and leakage of personal information and will try our best to safely manage personal information. MJC will also continue to review and improve how to handle personal information and will try hard to keep all of our directors and employees informed about appropriate ways to handle personal information.
5．(Disclosure and Correction)
If a person wishes to disclose, correct or delete his/her own personal information, MJC will do so within a reasonable range after identifying him/her.
