It is IT devices such as semiconductors and flat panel displays (FPDs) that lead the electronics and information technology, which makes the modern society convenient, rich and enjoyable. Today, the semiconductor industry has been advanced to a nanotechnology field, and the FPDs have been applied to various products such as cellular phones and televisions, and the high-definition FPD images have been developed. We develop and supply equipment, machines and systems that support the quality, performance and reliability of such advanced devices.

We mainly provide "a probe card", which measures the electrical characteristics of chips in a wafer form in the semiconductor mass-production phase, "a test socket", which is used to measure the characteristics of integrated chips, and "a prober", which is a measuring and evaluating system used for evaluation and analysis in the research and development of devices. These products are manufactured based on the specifications of each semiconductor manufacturer. As inspection systems and tools test and assure the quality of the manufacturers' products, they need to have high reliability and to be designed to maximize inspection efficiency.

We mainly provide "an array inspection system, Array Prober", which inspects the electrical characteristics of a panel, "a dynamic operating inspection system, Cell Prober", which performs a display inspection of a panel, "a laser repair system", which repairs defects, "a probe unit", which corresponds to "a probe card" in the semiconductor field, etc. Currently, the LCD industry is promoting larger and higher-definition panels, and thus the inspection phase needs to be more accurate and efficient.
